Membership Payment & Activation. To access the Service, you must create an account with Adspend Live and activate a Membership. A Membership is activated once Adspend Live receives payment of the Membership Fee, which is set at registration. Adspend Live accepts payments online using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. For credit card payments, the date of payment will be the Activation Date.

 

Cancellations/Refunds. All payments for payment to Adspend Live are non-refundable. All payments for optional extra online resources are non-refundable as well, unless otherwise noted.

Billing Security. Adspend Live uses Secure Sockets Layer technology that sends credit card data in encrypted code. Adspend Live does not keep a record of, or have access to your full credit card number.

The Service is controlled, operated and administered by APEX HOLDINGS GROUP LLC. from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the APEX HOLDINGS GROUP LLC. Content accessed through https://Live.adspend.com.com in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.  

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless APEX HOLDINGS GROUP LLC., its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
